MEDITERRANEAN CULTURAL HERITAGE IN EU POLICIES
Module
Interdisciplinary course dedicated to the study of European Policies for Cultural Heritage in the Mediterranean Region. The course programme aims to address the History of the Mediterranean and promote its heritage legacy, while promoting knowledge about the European Union, making its history and institutions known, exploring the policies and strategies of the EU for the Euro-Mediterranean region. The short-term course will be held annually.
Thematic Workshops
A set of thematic workshops that aim to contribute to the transmission of knowledge in different scientific areas, encouraging discussion on EU action in areas such as the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage, digital innovation in museums, sustainable tourism, landscape studies, Mediterranean architecture, promotion of the Mediterranean diet and smart specialisation strategy, to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs).
